Payment & Booking
All bookings must be paid for on the day of your appointment. Your deposit functions as a credit toward your scan fee on the appointment day.
Cancellation Policy: You must tell us at least 48 hours before your booking if you wish to cancel, otherwise we will retain your deposit to cover our costs.
Late Arrivals: Appointments may be rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, to avoid delaying other patients.
Payment Methods: We accept debit and credit card payments. Patients bear responsibility for providing valid card details and updating information when cards expire.
Price Changes: Advertised prices may change without advance notification.
Service Guarantees
Rescan Offer: Should we fail to obtain either gender determination or proper 4D images (depending on scan type), one complimentary rescan is offered.
4D Images: 4D peeks are not the main objective of the baby scan and are a free add-on complimentary of Numi Scan. These are subject to baby's position and cooperation.
Gender Determination Disclaimer
Whilst we are virtually always able to sex a baby correctly, sexing scans can never be 100% accurate. We accept no liability of any sort for the provision of an incorrect indication of your baby's gender.
Personal Data & Healthcare Consent
Data Processing: The clinic processes healthcare data for accounting, preventive medicine, and medical diagnosis purposes.
Communications: By booking with us, you consent to receiving receipts and results via email and phone contact when necessary.
Record Retention: Medical records cannot be erased, as they constitute evidence of clinical practice.
Marketing: Numi Scan Ltd will not contact you for marketing purposes or for promotion of its services.
If consent for the above is not given, we cannot proceed with this purchase.
NHS Scans
Our private scans complement NHS scans, providing additional reassurance and bonding opportunities but do not replace your NHS appointments which you should still attend.
The NHS can do more in terms of accurately diagnosing any major problems through further tests that ultrasound alone cannot diagnose.
